Shipping policy

All items are made to order and will be shipped in 3-5 business days, after purchase.

Ready-to-ship items will be marked as RTS (Ready to ship) or available in a specific section of the products catalog.

Although we do our best to ship your orders quickly, we have no control over the package delivery after dropping it off at the post office. We cannot guarantee the shipping times estimated by the postal services, and we are not responsible for any delays from the mail services.

The postal service we are currently using is CTT - Correios de Portugal.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import fees applicable. Also, we are not responsible for any delays in customs that may occur.

Shipping costs are not included in the item's price and will be calculated at checkout.

We ship to several European Countries and to a number of countries worldwide. At this point, we do not ship to the following countries:

- in EU: Bulgária, Chipre, Croácia, Eslováquia, Eslovénia, Estónia, Grécia, Hungria, Letónia, Lituânia, Luxemburgo, Malta e Roménia;

- other countries outside EU: Arábia Saudita, Catar, China, Índia, Indonésia, Iraque, RAE de Macau (China), Maldives, Rússia, Sri Lanka, Tailândia, Taiwan, África do Sul, Angola, Argélia, Cabo Verde, Marrocos, Moçambique, São Tomé e Príncipe, Alanda, Albânia, Andorra, Arménia, Bielorrússia, Bósnia-Herzegovina, Santa Sé/Estado da Cidade do Vaticano, Geórgia, Gibraltar, Gronelândia, Ilhas Faroé, Islândia, Kosovo, Listenstaine, Macedónia, Moldávia, Mónaco, Montenegro, São Marinho, Sérvia, Turquia, Ucrânia, Argentina, Brasil e Timor-Leste

- At the moment, we don´t ship to Australia, New Zealand, Norway, United Kingdom, but for customers in these countries and any other countries not included in this list please check our Etsy Shop (https://www.etsy.com/shop/HadashiStudio). We can make business from there.
