Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return, and 14 days after receiving your item to return it.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@hadashistudio.com. Do not return an item by your own will. Returned items that Hadashi Studio did not agree upon, will not be accepted or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Must be sent in registered mail with tracking and Hadashi Studio must be informed of the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.
You’ll need to send the receipt or proof of purchase in your return package.
The costs of return will be free of charge if the item is defective or in case of an error from our side. In all the other cases, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of the return.
Hadashi Studio is not responsible for paying any taxes and customs fees for the returned items.
Refunding (partial or full) will apply to the total cost of the item. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
If any taxes or customs fees are applied to the return shipment these costs will be deducted from the refund total.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 72h, maximum) if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or items where a promotional discount was applied.
Exchanges
We don't make exchanges outside Portugal. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted (and fully refunded), make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
